Ingredients
- 160g whipping heavy cream
- 200g milk
- 35g milk powder
- 15g sugar
- 10g condensed milk
- 10g corn starch
- 2g vanilla extrac
Instructions
Step 1: In a pot, combine whipping cream, milk, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Stir well to dissolve all ingredients.
Step 2: Place over low heat and cook gently, stirring frequently.
